OK, I am sitting here thinking to myself after watching the news and seeing gas prices go sky high and food and clothes and ……. so I thinking…hmmm what have we done to ourselves? We have kept wanting and wanting until we began NEEDING - OIL, THE BEST CLOTHES, THE MOST OF THIS, MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE, we have abused things to the point that we can’t stop. We need bigger, better and have more. We have brought the comfortable way of freedom, life and liberty to a screeching halt. Sure we still have life….but freedom? um, we’re we watched on every street corner just 5 years ago? Did everyone take your picture with their cell phone just 8 years ago? Did anyone and everyone know everything about you from the Internet just 10 years ago?
I am more worried about certain Presidential candidates that start with “O” –> Food for thought - A leader will stand up from nothing to lead the strongest country on earth - the people will follow - the mid east will be in turmoil - the earth will suffer great catastrophes.
I shouldn’t have to explain to anyone where these words came from, all I am saying is…..THINK. Decide what is right and wrong and how you want your life to be led. Be free to be yourself, but remember to respect people and the world they live in. Stop abusing your rights, but learn to use them. Remember what you take can never be truly given back.
This sounds like I am on my high horse, but really I am just thinking and sharing and hoping that someone will listen!
